Extensive experience in drafting of charter party rider clauses and contract general terms & conditions for both Owner and Charterer. Chartering manager for vessel fixtures exceeding over two million tons of chemical product yearly. Lead executive responsible for handling legal claims arising under commercial contracts and vessel charters. Proactive in the resolution of commercial and vessel related claims regards to product loss, demurrage, off spec cargo, and general average. Successful consulting project clients include a USGulf Methanol plant startup, a major Chemical Tanker Owner, and USA and International based petrochemical trading companies.
